We do not provide support for plugins, forge or any third party accessory, as there are thousands of plugins and mods we do not have the time to learn each one of them as of which you will need to contact the original developer for issues.
If a customer is verbally abusing a staff member or showing other aggressive actions, the staff member may close the ticket or ban the user from the Discord server. Depending on the actions, services may also be terminated and access to purchasing from Revivenode in the future may be denied.
We can not guarantee that all promotions and promo codes will remain operational at all times.
Any payment made is final and you are aware that our refund policy can only go to 24 hours after the service was purchased, also includes that if you bought a service for 3 months or a year its only for the first 24 hours.
Failure to pay your service on the right date, it will stay suspended until paid for 3 days after which it will be terminated permanently.
Invoices are only available for 5 days, once 5 days has passed the invoice will be marked as cancelled and will not be available.
Account details must be correct, accurate and up-to-date, as required by law. We are legally required to cease provision of any services where account details are missing or false and permanently delete your account.
Creating an account with us you are aware that we answer on our discord platform, any tickets questions will all be informed there.
We are not responsible if you share your information to any other user.
You are allowed to ask for your service to be cancelled at any time notice we will not refund if asked to be cancelled we still follow the 24 hour refund policy.
In order for your server to be cancelled you must request it in our billing for either an immediate or at the end of the billing cycle.
You must request a cancellation if you are no longer using the service as we do not have any system informing if or not you are using the product.
Opening a PayPal Dispute against us will result in an account and service termination.
Chargebacks without first opening a ticket to request a refund will be denied.
You will contact us before opening a PayPal dispute. Issues can be resolved, and a refund can be provided through probable cause. Should a PayPal dispute be opened, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without warning.
Hosting copyrighted or illegal content on our servers will cause your service to be termianted.
Revivenode isn’t responsible for damage, loss of files, or any harm done to your server by another user, friend, family member, or anyone associated with your server.
Revivenode will gurantee your server is online, however we are not responsible for a client who either has corrupted their files in any way or a user on the same meachine is causing a faulty error.
We can provide a free upgrades to storage by opening a ticket, however our nodes do have a limit and the max we can provide a server is 100gb as a soft lock. However if the meachine does not have the necessary stoarge capacity we can deny or remove backup limits.
Any intent to harm, attack, damage, or put malware on our services, will be terminated immediately. In addition, we hold the right to cease provision of any service(s) and or account(s) that violates our safety protocols put in place for all users, clients, partners, and or staff who use our services.
Revivenode right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other
illegal occurrence requiring involvement of law-enforcement agencies. Revivenode regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval is in place, we will take action to the full extent of the law. By purchasing a server from Revivenode you permit us to modify your server, this includes, but is not limited to, changing plugins, updating Bukkit and other tasks related to running a Minecraft server
Any verbal or written s to compromise our server systems or any other equipment owned by Revivenode will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and possible lawsuits. Upon cancellation of payments to Revivenode your server will be suspended unless prior arrangements are made. Files will be kept as long as possible after termination or suspension however the guaranteed amount of time is unspecified. Revivenode retains the sole right to stop, start, and modify your server.
