Not quite, you can only upload single or compressed (eg. zip) files to the panel. If you need to upload a folder, you'll either need to compress the folder first or use a SFTP client like WinSCP or FileZilla.
You can change your bot type anytime by navigating to the console and clicking on the 'Bot Type' option.
